Metro Manila Subway: Live Where the Lines Meet
The Metro Manila Subway is scheduled to run end to end by 2031 or 2032. What you use every day is the train closest to your lobby, and what the subway adds is how far that train can take you. Each DMCI Homes community below sits on a rail line the subway is planned to join.
When you can ride it
The Department of Transportation targets a demo run on the northern end of the line in the first quarter of 2028 and full operations by late 2031 or 2032. It put construction at about 26 percent complete as of November 2025, and in May 2026 DMCI Homes, citing the department, reported the major contracts awarded and tunneling under way at several sites.
Once it runs, the line covers about 33 kilometers and 17 stations, from Valenzuela in the north to Bicutan in the south, with a spur to NAIA Terminal 3. It is planned to meet LRT-2 at Anonas, and LRT-1, MRT-3 and MRT-7 at a common station on North Avenue.
Where each community meets the subway
These communities have units open this September. Each one gives you a rail line today, or soon, and a connection to the subway later.
-
The Oriana
About 390 meters from LRT-2 Anonas Station, the stop where the subway is planned to meet LRT-2. Today that walk takes you to Cubao in one direction and Antipolo in the other. Once the subway runs, the same short walk also reaches Ortigas, BGC and the airport.
-
Infina Towers
About 430 meters from LRT-2 Katipunan Station, one stop east of Anonas. Your daily ride is already there, to Cubao or the Katipunan schools, and the subway interchange is one stop away when it opens.
-
Sage Residences
About 760 meters from MRT-3 Boni Avenue Station in Mandaluyong, with a subway station planned on Shaw Boulevard. MRT-3 already runs the length of EDSA today, and it is planned to meet the subway at North Avenue.
-
The Erin Heights
A short walk from the future MRT-7 Tandang Sora Station on Commonwealth Avenue, close to UP Diliman, Ateneo and Miriam College. MRT-7 runs toward North Avenue, where it is planned to meet the subway, so the line near your gate reaches the rest of the network with one transfer.
Check the commute yourself
Rail timelines move, so judge a home by the train you can use now, not by the one on the plan. It takes ten minutes to check on a viewing.
Walk from the lobby to the nearest station and time it. Then ride one stop in the direction you would travel for work or school. If that commute works for you today, the subway is a gain on top of it, and every year it moves closer to opening, that gain gets closer too.
