dmciprojects.net is operated by the DMCI Projects Sales Team, part of the E-Broker Department, DMCI Homes Sales. We sell DMCI Homes properties.
This is not the corporate website of DMCI Homes. DMCI Homes is the developer and the owner of the properties described here. Anything on this site that conflicts with DMCI Homes' official documents is superseded by those documents.
2. Information here is indicative
Prices, availability, payment terms, promotional offers, unit sizes, and turnover dates all come from DMCI Homes and change without prior notice. Units shown as available may be taken by another buyer at any time, and promotional terms lapse and are replaced.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation you can hold us to, or a reservation of any unit. The documents that govern a purchase are the ones DMCI Homes issues: the official price list in force on the day, the Reservation Agreement, and the Contract to Sell. Where this site and those documents disagree, those documents are correct.
We take care to keep the information here current, and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure on every page is accurate at the moment you read it. Confirm the specifics with a specialist before you decide.
3. Images and illustrations
Perspectives, renders, and artist's illustrations show design intent, not the finished property. Furnishings shown are usually not included. Model units and showrooms are staged, and they move as projects are built and turned over. Photographs of completed projects show the property at the time they were taken.
4. An inquiry does not reserve a unit
Sending an inquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not hold, reserve, or commit any unit to you. A unit is only reserved once the developer's reservation requirements are completed and accepted.

"DMCI Homes", the names of its projects, and its logos and marks belong to DMCI Homes and its affiliates. They appear here because we sell those properties.
The text, layout, photography, and other material we produce for this site belong to us. You may read, print, and share pages for your own use in considering a purchase. You may not copy the content to republish it, scrape it, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
