Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has started the construction of a new residential condominium project at Robinsons Land remains optimistic of the opportunities presented by upcoming government infrastructure projects in the area.

Sonora Garden Residences is a three-tower development soon to rise along Alabang–Zapote Road. It aims to replicate the sales success of DMCI Homes’ neighboring project, Maricielo Villas & Rhapsody Residences, which is almost sold- out.
