The Shantung and Taffeta buildings apply DMCI's signature Lumiventt Design Technology for natural ventilation and daylighting, and a Sky Bridge links the two towers over their shared roof-deck amenities.

Can I move in at Mulberry Place before my unit is fully paid?
Yes. Under DMCI Homes' HomeAdvance early move-in program, open at Mulberry Place until December 31, 2026, you can lease the unit you are buying and move in after four months of down payment, or right away if you pay those four months up front. The lease runs six months or more and ends at your bank drawdown, with up to six months of free association dues and turnover fees waived. Message us with your unit and we'll confirm it qualifies.
