Can I move in at Alder Residences before my unit is fully paid?
Yes. Under DMCI Homes' HomeAdvance early move-in program, open at Alder Residences until December 31, 2026, you can lease the unit you are buying and move in after four months of down payment, or right away if you pay those four months up front. The lease runs six months or more and ends at your bank drawdown, with up to six months of free association dues and turnover fees waived. Message us with your unit and we'll confirm it qualifies.
