Five mid-rise buildings on two hectares at Quirino Highway corner Regalado, complete and turned over, with a clubhouse, pool, and badminton and basketball courts. Last published list prices below.
The Redwoods is a fully turned-over, mid-rise condominium community at Quirino Highway corner Regalado Avenue, Brgy. Pasong Putik Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City, developed by DMCI Homes with a Japanese-inspired design across five buildings, Chi, Mizu, Kaze, Kaji and Sora.
The Redwoods draws on the Japanese ideas of wabi-sabi and shibui, which DMCI Homes reads as sliding doors, clean-lined wooden panels, a neutral palette with stone and bamboo textures, and courtyard planting between the five buildings on two hectares. Photos shown are DMCI Homes' own site photography.
The pool and clubhouse sit at the center of the property alongside a fitness gym, function hall, game room and audio-visual room, with badminton and basketball courts, a children's play area and landscaped courtyards around them, all under 24-hour security.

The Redwoods stands on the corner where Quirino Highway meets Regalado Avenue in Brgy. Pasong Putik Proper, about 140 m from Fairview Terraces and about 400 m from SM City Fairview.

Fairview Terraces is about 140 m away, so the mall is a walk rather than a drive, with SM City Fairview about 400 m and Robinsons Novaliches about 570 m. Three malls inside 600 m is the short version of this address.
The School of Saint Anthony is about 640 m out, with Mary the Queen Parish about 920 m and Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches about 1.4 km. The nearest hospital in the published set is much further out than any of these, so this is not a walk-to address for healthcare.
Quirino Highway and Regalado Avenue meet at the corner the property sits on, which is the route north toward Lagro and south toward Commonwealth Avenue.
Studio, 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom units across Chi, Mizu, Kaze, Kaji and Sora. Sizes shown are the complete designed range for each type, sold-out layouts included.

Price the unit I wantThe Redwoods follows DMCI Homes' Japanese-inspired theme, which the developer describes through two ideas: wabi-sabi, beauty in imperfection, and shibui, subtle elegance.
It reads as sliding doors, clean-lined wooden panels and a neutral palette with stone and bamboo textures, with courtyard and zen-garden planting between the buildings rather than ornament on them.
The five buildings are named for elements and forces, Chi, Mizu, Kaze, Kaji and Sora, and each stays low at five stories, so two hectares of ground carry the community rather than a single tower.
