Unit types

Three layouts through the tower.

2-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom and 4-Bedroom units, among the larger unit cuts in New Manila. Sizes shown are the complete designed range for each type, sold-out layouts included.

Unit-layout plates are not published on this page; a specialist shares the layout for the unit you want on inquiry. Floor areas shown are the unit area plus its balcony and exclude the service area that DMCI Homes allocates one per unit, so the total area on a price list or contract reads larger. The interiors shown are representative, and no representative interior is published for the 4-Bedroom. Model units are dressed by interior designers, so a layout is accurate but the finishes are not the turnover finishes.

Fully turned over · currently sold out
A unit does free up here now and then, when an earlier purchase falls through and DMCI reopens it. Outside those reopens, DMCI's own inventory in the tower is sold out and the building has been fully turned over. Ask us what's open right now. And if the New Manila address is where you want to be, register your interest and we'll move to reserve for you as soon as a unit opens up.

Prices and terms as of

Design

Modern Tropical, built for the climate.

The Amaryllis follows a Modern Tropical theme, which DMCI Homes builds for the Philippine climate rather than against it: wide eaves, large windows and cross-ventilation to keep interiors cool and breezy.

It reads through the building from the reception lobby and the landscaped atriums, where water features and planting run up through the tower, out to the pool deck and the roof deck above the 22nd level.

The unit cuts are the other half of the story. Two, three and four-bedroom layouts run from about 48 to 117 square meters, among the larger cuts in New Manila, on a lot of only 4,764 square meters.

FAQ

Most-asked questions about The Amaryllis.

Can I still buy a unit here from DMCI?
Yes, when a unit is reopened. The Amaryllis is fully turned over and DMCI Homes' regular inventory here is sold through, so what comes up is reopened stock, sold brand new by DMCI Homes. Units like that open up and get reserved quickly, so message us and we'll tell you what's open today. If nothing fits, register your interest and we'll reach out as soon as the next one opens up.

What is a reopened unit?
A reopened unit at The Amaryllis is one DMCI Homes has taken back and is selling again. When an earlier purchase falls through, the unit goes back to DMCI Homes and is offered again as a brand-new unit, fully dressed in DMCI Homes' standard turnover finishes and bought straight from DMCI Homes, not from a previous owner. It is sold on the current DMCI Homes payment terms.
How much does a unit at The Amaryllis cost?
Every unit type at The Amaryllis is priced in the pricing table on this page, as of October 2026: total prices run from about ₱7.40 million for a 2-Bedroom to about ₱15.86 million for a 4-Bedroom. Is The Amaryllis turned over?

Is there a showroom or model unit for The Amaryllis?
Model units and showrooms for The Amaryllis are available to view, though not always at the project itself: they move as projects are built and turned over. Once a community is finished and lived in, visits are coordinated with property management for security, and we tour you through the amenities and grounds. The units themselves, especially reopened ones, are often not yet dressed for viewing. Viewing is by appointment, so message us before you make the trip and we will confirm what is open to view and where. Your specialist meets you at the viewing and follows up with layouts, availability, and the numbers.
