The Maria Montessori School of Quezon City is about 220 m from the gate, so the school run is a walk rather than a drive, and the Veterans Memorial Medical Center is about 1.4 km away.

SM City North EDSA is about 1.8 km out and TriNoma about 2.0 km, which puts two of the country's largest malls, and the North EDSA transport hub beside them, within a short drive. New Era University is about 1.7 km out.

Visayas Avenue runs south to the Quezon Memorial Circle and the Quezon City government center, and north toward Congressional and Mindanao Avenues.

Modern Tropical, across three towers of different heights.

Stellar Place follows DMCI Homes' Modern Tropical architectural theme, built for the Philippine climate: wide eaves, large windows and cross-ventilation, so interiors stay cool without leaning on air conditioning.

The three towers are not the same height. Vega and Claris stay low at six stories each, while Magna rises fifteen, so the massing steps across the 8,608-square-meter lot rather than presenting one wall to Visayas Avenue.

That mix is also what gives the community its range of unit cuts, from a 24-square-meter studio to a 98.5-square-meter three-bedroom, on one address.
