Balinese-inspired living

Seven buildings, one shared amenity core.

Palm Grove carries a Balinese-inspired theme: natural textures, carved wood and stone detailing, water features, and layered rooflines in warm earth tones. Its seven mid-rise buildings are arranged around a single clubhouse and pool area, so the leisure pool, kiddie pool, multi-purpose court, function hall and children's playground are shared by the whole community rather than split building by building. DMCI Homes publishes only a handful of official images for this project; the photo below is a real Palm Grove capture, and the development's own master plan follows in the Site Development section.

Amenities

One clubhouse and pool area, shared by all seven buildings.

Design

Balinese-inspired architecture, kept low and green.

DMCI Homes describes Palm Grove's Balinese-inspired theme as drawing on the spiritual and artistic traditions of Bali: natural textures, carved wood and stone detailing, and water features, with layered rooflines and warm earth tones meant to evoke a calming, resort-style feel.

The development is built as seven separate mid-rise buildings rather than one tower. Dates Palm, Royal Palm and Fountain Palm stand three levels each; Red Palm, Peach Palm, Paradise Palm and Windmill Palm stand four. All seven ring a shared clubhouse and amenity area, which is what keeps the pool, court, function hall and playground common to the whole community.

The site spans about 1.59 hectares (15,873 square meters) inside Better Living Subdivision, with landscaped gardens between the buildings, on-site parking, a main entrance gate and 24-hour security.
