At six or seven stories, the eight buildings stay low against the sky, and the space that a high-rise would give to height goes instead to the ground: landscaped atriums, a tree court, an open lawn and a picnic grove between them.
The whole community was delivered ahead of schedule: Maia turned over first in February 2017 and Aleia last, with all eight buildings handed over by October 2018 against an original August 2019 target.
