A unit does free up here now and then, when an earlier purchase falls through and DMCI reopens it. Outside those reopens, DMCI's own inventory in the three buildings is sold out and Bristle Ridge has been fully turned over since 2019. Ask us what's open right now. And if the Pacdal Road address is where you want to be, register your interest and we'll move to reserve for you as soon as a unit opens up.

Design

Modern Country, built into a Baguio ridge.

Bristle Ridge follows a Modern Country theme: rustic touches such as wide-plank flooring, gabled roofs and farmhouse-inspired finishes, set against cleaner modern forms and a light, airy palette of whites, beiges and muted greens.

It reads through the buildings from the reception lobby and the lounge area up to the roof deck and view deck, where the outlook runs over Baguio's mountain ranges and pine forests.

Every unit was designed with a balcony framing that view, and the three six-story buildings step across the ridge rather than crowd it, with landscaped atriums carried between the residential floors.
