How the numbers work.

Third Quarter Deals: 12% down over 32 months, interest-free, with 1% off. The rest is due at turnover, through your bank, DMCI in-house financing, or cash. Tell us your bank and we point you to its officer assigned to DMCI Homes.

Put more down and the discount grows while the loan shrinks. See the DMCI condo price breakdown.

Discounts do not stack: the 1% special discount does not combine with the regular discounts. Ask us which works out cheapest for your unit.

Design

A Southeast Asian theme, built into the hillside.

Alta Vista de Boracay's Southeast Asian architectural theme draws on Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Filipino design traditions: elevated, stilted structures, exposed rafters, and sloped roofing, expressed across all 17 buildings.

The design is ventilation-focused, built to work with the hillside site's cooler air rather than against it, set within landscaped gardens meant to evoke the region's lush, layered tropical plantings.

The 17 low-rise buildings, each three stories, sit across the roughly four-hectare property around the clubhouse and its amenity deck.
